This site is part of the Missouri Cooperative Soil Survey and is publicly funded by the Soil and Parks Sales Tax. This site is a multi-agency collaborative effort task to continue the development of science based soil system information, customized to meet user needs for natural resources management.
The purpose of this site is to provide the results of Soil Survey and other scientific studies to the public in a timely manner and useful format. This site is used to inform users of survey updates and othe new products, as well as a primary means of product delivery.
